Avant Tax is particularly focused on cross-border tax advisory, with a specialized emphasis on:
• India–U.S. Non-Resident (NRI) taxation
• UAE-related tax structuring considerations
• Cross-border income characterization and repatriation strategies
• Residency, source-of-income, and treaty-based positioning
• Multi-jurisdictional entity structuring and tax efficiency frameworks
Functional Responsibilities:
• Development of tax planning frameworks and structuring considerations
• Cross-border tax advisory (including India NRI and UAE exposure)
